You may return most items purchased from MACEDONIA LLC within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must not be a final sale or non-returnable product (see below for exclusions).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged. These include:
- Personalized or customized items (e.g., products with custom names or messages).
- Seasonal decorations that have been opened and used (due to health and safety regulations).
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable.

3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if your return is eligible. Please note, we cannot accept returns without an RMA.
- Prepare the Return Package: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, along with any accessories, tags, and paperwork. Be sure to include the RMA number inside the package.

4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or size, please contact us to request an exchange. If an exchange is approved, we will send the replacement item once we receive the original item in return.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and item availability.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Unless your return is due to an error on our part, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
